Returns – Stock Equipment or Apparel

All Pro Team Sports wants to make every team ordering experience an enjoyable process that creates a lasting relationship. If you are not satisfied and would like to return a stock product, we will be glad to accept a return/exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please notify your All Pro Team Sports representative first, so they may authorize the return in their system.

In some cases there may be a restocking fee. If All Pro Team Sports will incur a restocking fee, the cost to restock will be explained before the product is returned and the cost will be passed along to the customer.

Once the product has been received in via UPS, FedEx or U.S. Postal Service, All Pro Team Sports will then issue a credit that correlates with the original pay method.

Returns – Custom Uniforms / Customized Stock Uniforms / Custom Apparel

All Pro Team Sports takes pride in working closely with every parent, coach, athletic director, president and equipment manager on every detail so that any and all customization has been approved with the correct details before it goes into production. Once approval has been given and confirmed, All Pro Team Sports will not accept returns on customized products.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Terms and Conditions

All Pro Team Sports ships UPS Ground unless otherwise requested or specified. Any expedited shipments will have to be approved by the customer before processing. All Pro Team Sports wants to exceed customer expectations every time and tries to ship every order the same day it’s placed if received before 3:00 P.M. EST. All stock orders will ship from our Baltimore warehouse but on occasion All Pro will have to drop ship an order directly from the manufacturer. Drop shipped orders normally ship within 24-48 hours but during peak season can take 3-5 business days.

Custom Orders

All Pro Team Sports takes pride in working closely with every parent, coach, athletic director and equipment manager on every detail pertaining to customized orders. All customization has to be approved with the correct details before it goes into production. Once approval has been given and confirmed, All Pro Team Sports will not accept returns on customized products. Changes on custom orders can rarely be made after confirmation has been given. If changes can be made, there may be a delay in delivery or additional charges to expedite shipping.
