01Do you have a uniform builder?
We do not have a uniform builder and there’s a good reason why. With the variety of sports we offer and the endless options that is your imagination, a builder just wouldn’t capture the spectrum of designs we’re capable of bringing to life.
02How does the design process work?
The design process is one of the most exciting parts of what you do in marketing your organization and it’s what we love to do. Look good, feel good, play good!
The first step is to speak with one of our experienced account managers. You can start with one of our many templates or you may have something totally unique you’re envisioning. They will actively listen as you describe the design you want, colors, logos, locations and all the details necessary to bring your vision to life.
We then take that to our design team and bring it to life, presenting you with your game changing new look. If correct we move on to the player lineups, final job orders, approval process and onto production. If it’s not correct we will change what is needed to exceed your expectations.
03Are mockups free?
Are they FREE, yes, we’re not going to charge you to show you the best damn design you can think of. We do hope that our efforts result in you making the best decision for your program with All Pro bringing your design to life.
04What is the minimum quantity for orders/reorders?
The minimum quantity is a great question with a little unique of an answer. The minimum quantity required for “new” first time orders is (12) pieces. When filling in on uniforms there are two minimums based on the style of uniform. Sublimated uniforms only require a minimum of (6) pieces, ie: six jerseys six pants or six shorts. A tackle twill uniform which is much more labor intensive requires a minimum of (12) pieces.
Our minimums are put in place so that production runs as effectively and efficiently as possible, in an effort to continue to hit 100% of delivery dates.
05How long does it take for the uniforms to be delivered?
This could be the single most important question you ever ask. The answer is one that varies though depending on time of year and volume in production. As each season from spring, fall to winter approaches lead times may increase. Our company goal though is to have finished uniforms leaving our production facility in 3-4 weeks throughout the entire year.
06Are there any bulk order discounts?
All Pro Team Sports, is just that, designed to help the teams in bulk. Where the bulk discounts can be found is on the stock uniforms and equipment. On the custom uniforms, with so many options out there we try and save you the time and effort in putting our best price forward the first time. This makes one step of your process even easier.
07Is there FREE shipping?
In and Amazon Prime world it’s a very good question. Unfortunately, many of our vendors, as well as those orders that leave our warehouse incur a shipping cost. With the very competitive team pricing we try to provide, we do have shipping costs sometimes but try and minimize that cost as much as we can even covering the cost in some cases.
08How do I order extra name plates?
With every custom order comes the opportunity to place one additional name plate order. We understand that additional players request to play or a name may have been submitted incorrectly so we allow the opportunity to submit one additional name plate order for those additions.
09Can you match my uniform color from last year?
In most cases with our sublimation capabilities we can match your uniform from last year almost identically. We’d ask for the PMS color but if you don’t have that a sample would be the best option to come as close as possible to matching perfectly.
10Do you do fit kits? Size run?
We do have fit kits and size runs for almost every sport. Some kits are in higher volume for certain sports than others but we also have size charts to help in the sizing process. With the amount of teams we help to outfit, logistically it’s not feasible to send a size run out every time but we try to accommodate as many teams as possible.
11Will you price match?
Price is a huge factor in making he best decision for your organization so when comparing like products we will match in almost every case.
12What are my payment options?
We accept every major credit card, an organizational check, PayPal, money order, wire transfer or in the case of a school or city a PO is accepted to process orders.
13Do you have a store front?
Yes, we have a store front that includes a showroom that features many of the uniforms we’ve put on the field in a variety of sports. We also have a 6,000 sq ft. warehouse that we stock so that we can ship same day and get much of the equipment you need to you sooner.
14How do you ship products?
All shipments that leave APTS ships via UPS. On occasion shipments will arrive via FedEx from other warehouses.
15What is the best format to send my logo?
One of the most frequently asked questions and one of the best. The best format would be in a high-resolution file which would be an .eps file.
